MyPlayerStory is a product of Endless Inceptions LLC. We build tools for athletes. You can reach us at support@myplayerstory.com.
We collect the information you provide when you create an account: your name, email address, birth year, sport, and the journal entries you write. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email from those services.
We use your information solely to provide the MyPlayerStory service — to save your entries, generate your growth insights, and display your profile. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. Ever.
Photos you upload are stored securely with Cloudinary, our media storage provider. Your photos are never sold, shared, or used for any purpose other than displaying them back to you within the app.
MyPlayerStory is designed for athletes ages 13 and older. Users under 13 require a parent or guardian to confirm their account before they can use the app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a managed database platform with industry-standard encryption. We cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible breaches, but we take every reasonable precaution to protect your information.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@myplayerstory.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
