By creating an account and using MyPlayerStory, you agree to these Terms of Service. MyPlayerStory is a product of Endless Inceptions LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
MyPlayerStory is intended for athletes ages 13 and older. Users under 13 must have a parent or guardian confirm their account before they can use the app. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, or that a parent or guardian has provided consent.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@myplayerstory.com.
You own the journal entries, photos, and other content you create in MyPlayerStory. By using the service, you grant Endless Inceptions LLC a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the MyPlayerStory service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not use it for any other purpose.
You agree not to use MyPlayerStory to post content that is abusive, harassing, or illegal. You agree not to attempt to access other users' private data, reverse engineer the service, or use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform.
MyPlayerStory offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier. The features available on each tier may change over time. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at support@myplayerstory.com.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@myplayerstory.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.
MyPlayerStory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, data retention, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use the service at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Endless Inceptions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MyPlayerStory.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
